For 4 people:
Prepare a marinade by mixing:
Dice 500 grams of chicken breasts, and marinate in the prepared marinade for 3 to 6 hours in the fridge.
Once marinated, transfer the chicken to a bowl, keeping the marinade. Add 30 grams of corn flour. Coat the chicken evenly with corn flour.
Once coated, fry the chicken in sesame oil for around 10 minutes, until golden and cooked throughout.
While the chicken is cooking, in a bowl, mix:
Bring the left over marinade to a boil. Boil on a high heat for at least two minutes.
Add the corn flour and water mixture into the boiling marinade, and reduce to a low heat. The sauce should immediately thicken to a honey-like consistency.
Once the chicken is cooked through, drain the cooking oil from the pan. Add the thick sauce, and coat the chicken.
Serve hot, on boiled white rice.
Add a chopped spring onion and sesame seeds for presentation.
