In a measuring jug, mix together:
In a muffin tray, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil in each of the holes. Preheat the tray to 210℃ for 15 minutes.
Once the oil is hot, fill each hole in the tray with batter. It should fill about six. Bake at 210℃ for 20-25 minutes.
